At Avalon by Loomah, we believe that ordering a beautiful, bespoke rug should be an exciting, stress-free experience.
You can begin your journey in two ways: with our Ethereal Collection Box or directly through our Website. Here’s how:
Option 1: The Avalon by Loomah Box

1. Explore the Designs
Review our Ethereal Collection brochure and choose from eight unique designs. Each can be customised in any colour combination, or by using the five suggested colour ways for each design.
2. Select Your Colours
Use the colour poms to match or contrast with your interior scheme. Because our yarns are pre-dyed and stocked in Britain, there’s no long wait for dyeing or shipping.
3. Measure Your Space
Decide on your perfect rug size. (Tip: For help, see our How to Measure Your Space for a Rug guide on our blog.) we have also included ten standardised sizes.
4. Submit Your Bespoke Order
Simply visit our website, select your chosen design, click ‘Custom’, and complete the form with your size and colour choices, or email us directly at hello@avalonbyloomah.com and our team can provide a mock-up so you can see exactly how your rug will look.
Option 2: Direct from our website
1. Browse the Ethereal Collection
Explore each design page to view ready-to-order sizes and colourways.
2. Select Ready-to-Order or Customise
- Ready-to-Order: Choose from our standard sizes and colourways for online ordering.
- Custom: Click ‘Custom’ on the product pages, or via bespoke enquiry form, add your preferred size and colourway, and we’ll prepare a bespoke quote and visual.
3. Receive Your Invoice & Design Mock-up
We’ll confirm receipt of payment and send you the design visual for your records.
4. Production & Delivery
Your rug is hand-tufted in Britain. Once complete, it’s delivered directly to you.
